Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is on its way.

Delivery

We deliver to all provinces and territories across Canada. Orders are delivered directly to your door within 5–10 business days after dispatch. All shipments include tracking so you always know where your order is.

Track Your Order

You can track your order at any time via the "Track my Order" section in our store menu. Once your order has shipped, your tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on all orders over CAD $75
  • Standard shipping rate calculated at checkout for orders under CAD $75

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Tremblay Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately after placing your order.
