Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your order to request a return. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened feeding products (bottles, nipples, breast pumps)
  • Car seats that have been installed or involved in an accident
  • Underwear, swimwear, and items marked as final sale
  • Personalized or custom-made items

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos of the damage.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
